Massage
The intention of massage therapy is to improve an individual's health and well-being through hands-on manipulation of muscles and other soft tissues such as tendons and ligaments to prevent and alleviate pain, discomfort, muscle spasm, and stress.
During your session, we use a wide variety of therapeutic approaches including trigger point therapy, myofascial release, PNF stretching, deep tissue therapy, and hydrotherapy.

Sports Massage
Athletes can benefit greatly from massage therapy, allowing them to train more consistently, push themselves to higher levels of performance, ache less and recover more quickly.
Sports massage can benefit individuals at any level of athletic performance:
- It reduces the strain and discomfort of training by increasing circulation and speeding the removal of metabolic waste which relieves muscle pain, spasm, stiffness and fatigue;
- Recovery after training is accelerated - one can do more with less rest between activities;
- Aids in injury prevention and enhances recovery after injury, increasing range of motion
