Healing Arts Massage Therapy

Danielle Fielder

Danielle Fielder is a massage therapist registered with the NHPC (formerly known as the Association of Massage Therapists and Wholistic Practitioners). She attended Grant MacEwan's massage therapy program from which she graduated in June of 2002. She was lucky enough to begin working with the amazing Healing Arts crew straight after she completed her courses. Danielle studied the first level of Craniosacral Therapy with the Upledger Institute in 2002.

Danielle has been described as having strong hands and a knack for finding all of the spots that "I didn't know I had". Her touch is gentle but firm and she seems to have a way of getting deep into soft tissues while taking care not to create any great discomfort. She is interested in working with her clients to locate and treat 'the problem'. She loves working with all sorts of people, but finds that she especially enjoys days when she gets to work with children or elderly clients because she finds a special joy about these people.

Danielle enjoys helping others to help themselves feel better. She believes strongly in the importance of water, stretching, and laughter for better health. She loves to find herself surrounded by tall trees and the scent of earth and green things. She takes pictures of things that make her smile and cry and wonder. She likes to read about different ways of being. She tries to remember to meditate. She brings bags with her when she goes shopping. She dances whenever she can.
