Sandy Haire de Vaca

Sandy Haire de Vaca has had a full time practice since 1999 when she graduated from Massage Training at the Edmonton College of Swedish Relaxation Massage. She offers treatments for therapeutic, relaxation or pre/post natal massage needs, in individually designed sessions to suit each client's body. By listening to the body's unique language, Sandy intuitively responds, often including skills from her other trainings in Reiki, Reflexology, Cellular Memory Release and CranioSacral Therapy, with the client's permission. Any of these additional trainings are offered as treatments on their own, or in combination.

Sandy also offers Reiki to deepen relaxation. She has been Teaching Reiki since 2001 and offers either private or group classes, currently on a by-request basis.

Sandy's treatments and treatment room offer a container of peace helping people relax into their body and connect with the deep wisdom held there. It is her hope that each client leave feeling more centred, with a better understanding of how to reach and maintain their own version of healing and grace.
